MAL080 - Tal-Froxx
Description
Tal-Froxx is a natural pond, located in south-western Malta, between Hal-Kirkop and Mqabba. The pond is not accessible to the public as it is locked behind a gate, on privately-owned land. Due to the pond being surrounded by agricultural land, it is likely the pond is being used for the irrigation of these fields. The basin of the pond is inhabited by rudimental species. The site is located in a Strategic Open Gap.
